VISION:
SIC is a center for youth exchange and empowerment where members feel belonged and thus give enough of their contribution, and where PYs as well as other youths to meet up to share ideas and experience to achieve their aspirations.SIC plays a role not only in SSEAYP pre and post activities, but also in social development activities, especially volunteerism. It works with local and international organizations to achieve peace and mutual understanding among ASEAN and Japan.

MISSION:
encourage and promote youth participation in international and local programs as well as social activities, in order to promote peace, friendship, mutual understanding and leadership.
