The participants of the general assembly discussed and adopted the amendments of the SI Cambodia’s charter in order to improve the work system and organizational management. The presidential election was led by Mr. Seang Sopagna, the 1st term President, in order to appoint a new president of SI Cambodia since his term had come to an end. Three presidential candidates stood for the election, including Mr. Chan Sophal, NL 2003 and 2nd Vice-President of the 1st term; Mr. Kang Rithisal, CPY 2003 and Head of Social Affairs of the previous executive committee; and Mr. Hor Samnang, NL 2005. It was a fair and confidential election, conducted in a very friendly and solidarity atmosphere.

He assigned and announced his new executive committee members, which include ex-participants from various batches.
